The only thing I noticed between the low and high quality Screen Shots was the High quality SS had more grass...not better looking grass, just more of it.
I'm afraid my 8800 is going to overheat just looking at the Screenshot....
All u need in order to play this game is 1 Source Engine game. (HL2, DOD:S, CS:S, TF2, Portal, etc.) Then go to ur steam page and find the tools tab, then download "Source SDK Base". Then download Insurgency, install it and your good to go.
If you don't have one of these games then just buy one of the cheap ones like DOD:S or HL2: Episode 1 ($9.99), and it will let you download the "SDK Base" for free.

One can run crysis on "Very High settings", the other can't even Run Company Of Heroes in DX10 mode, without some serious, and often game breaking Frame rate problems.
Yes...it's more than worth it. Just avoid the Infantry only and Tankers only servers, as it defeats the whole point of the game. And watch the tutorial videos, as there is a lot of depth in this game u probably will miss if u just jump right in.
Also turn ur AA up.
The first video in this series is clearly not gameplay. The other two are, that's is why it looks better...and only marginally. You can tell specifically because of the way the camera moves in the first video.
No Homeworld, No Company Of Heroes, No Battlezone...what kind of Top 5 is this. Red Alert at number 1, Age Of Empires? These games barely crack the top 10. A list of top 5 influential RTS certainly but not all time greatest. Go back and try to play these games. If u have been playing COH or Homeworld they just don't hold up.

Wasn't the last Battlefield for Consoles, the first Battlefield made specifically for Consoles? Do any of these news sites do any fact checking? Or was Battlefield 2: MODERN COMBAT a PC game? (the answer is no, the PC Battle Field 2 was a completely different game)
You will only experience problems if your drivers aren't up to date. Vista is pretty good about doing that for you, especially if you check the "Microsoft Update" option.
So what's the problem?
im using 945G and it works fine for me, just make sure you are signing up for Microsoft Update. That way it will update your drivers for you.
I grudgingly picked up a Rain Check, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that less then a week after Christmas, my Wii was already in! No hassle at all.

Don't you have to be on top at some point in order to make a "comeback"? When has the PS3 ever led the Charts? Maybe Sony can make a "comeback", but not the PS3.

stiff competition will be good for everybody. The domination of the market by a single console will make the console makers lazy. Forget about Dashboard and PSN Updates every couple of months if that happens.
